HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Orders will be process within 24hrs after receiving it. Any changes regarding your order, kindly send us an email as soon as possible.

WHEN WILL MPY ORDER SHIP?
All order placed here on the 27 club are PRE ORDERS.
SALEM666.COM orders aim to be shipping same business day. Some of the specialty items can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Most of the orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks. But we will try our best to ship even faster. If you pay for expedited shipping, that only means the shipping label is faster shipping. That unfortunately has nothing to do with fulfillment speed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
This is to be handled on a case by case basis. If the order was for a PRE-ORDER or limited edition item, the order unfortunately be cancelled once it's processed. The reason for that is limited edition and pre order items are made to order basis and can't be returned for us to be able to resell.
Our website has multiple layers to ensure no orders are placed by mistake and you must confirm and submit multiple pages to place your order.
In the case that something was ordered by "mistake", we cannot cancel it if it was for a pre order or limited edition item. The only items that qualify for order canceling is products that we stock year round and seasonally if the order is placed at the beginning of of the drop.
WHY HAVE I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
When order has been placed, we try to get the products packaged and shipped out as soon as possible. So if you ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You are still be able to track all items in your order.
IMPORT CHARGES UPON RECEIVING GOODS?
Customer may need to pay for the import charges as Kleaver Klothing do not have any control of these charges. Custom Policies and Import Duties may vary depending on the Country of Import. Please contact your local Customs Office for additional information specific to your Country.
We hope that you love and enjoy your Kleaver product(s)! Please note that Kleaver Klothing must be notified if your item(s) has a manufacturing defect in its material or Print within 24 hours upon receipt of the items to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- For returns, Please email us at email@example.com with subject “Return” and include your Order Number and Reason for the return.
Please DO NOT send back your purchase as we will provide the instructions where you can return the items. Once return was received an email notification we will be sent about the status of your refund.
- Once approved for refund, it will be processed and a will be applied to your method of payment that will reflect to your account within 5-10 business days.
- Kleaver will monitor the returns activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit return and exchanges
Customers can only return the item once Kleaver has been notified and the return is made within 30 days of purchase date. If 30 days has passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. A restocking fee may apply.
